Provide technical execution inspection and troubleshooting support to ensure process integrity equipment reliability and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections verification testing and basic diagnostic activities in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
• Perform SUR fraud checks and other technical validation activities as required.
• Troubleshoot process product or equipment-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimise operational disruptions.
• Support engineers in equipment setup process validation testing activities and line readiness.
• Perform routine maintenance calibration and basic repairs on equipment where required.
• Ensure all technical activities comply with quality safety and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections test results repairs and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency quality and operational performance.

Requirements

• NITEC Higher NITEC Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering Electronics Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• 35 years of hands-on technical experience in testing inspection validation repair or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently.
• Familiarity with technical documentation work instructions and quality procedures.
• Experience using testing diagnostic or inspection equipment will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of quality safety and operational standards.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
