MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS AND EVENTS INTERN
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the department managers the intern will support the team in creating promotional content managing communication channels and planning and executing various educational and community events for the school.
Digital Media Management: Support the department in creating engaging content for various marketing channels including social media the website and email campaigns.
Press & Editorial: Write press articles to promote school activities and achievements
Visual Materials: Collaborate with the academic and event teams to develop posters flyers and other print or digital communication materials.
Publishing Projects: Assist in coordinating designing and managing data/photos for the schools yearbook as well as handling its distribution.
Event Coverage: Help produce event-related content for social networks and the website including articles photos and videos.
Concept Development: Propose original ideas for events and assist in the planning and execution of at least 20 educational and non-educational events (such as concerts conferences career fairs sports events and the school fair "Fête de lécole").
Logistics Coordination:
Book internal rooms & amphitheater.
Select caterers and define menus.
Rent specific equipment and furniture.
Find service providers for sound lighting decoration and guest speakers.
Invitation Management: Create invitations and registration forms (via Google Form Eventbrite) monitor registrations and send out reminders.
Partnerships: Find sponsors financial partners or establish contacts with potential speakers for future events.
Team Briefings: Organise preparatory briefings for maintenance catering security and audiovisual teams.
Setup & Signage: Install signage set up sets and arrange other equipment on the day of the event.
Vendor Management: Manage the flow of service providers on-site in compliance with the schools safety standards (entry passes).
Market Research: On a project-by-project basis conduct desk research into education market trends competitors and benchmark websites.
Equipment Management: Manage the inventory of event equipment plan its maintenance and ensure the availability of gear for each event.
Evaluation & Reporting: Evaluate events after completion gather feedback and write post-event reports to analyse strengths and areas for improvement.

Language Proficiency: Fluent French is mandatory; good written and spoken English is required.
Content Creation: Ability to take high-quality photos and videos is a plus with a strong command of and comfort with social media platforms.
Professional Attributes: Highly rigorous punctual curious and deeply detail-oriented.
Dynamism & Stamina: Energetic and dynamic personality as the role involves significant on-site and hands-on fieldwork.
