Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
CMP process performance (yield defect stability) and ensure robust control strategy
NPI and technology transfer execution with on-time delivery and risk mitigation
cross-functionally (PI Equipment Yield MFG) to resolve integration issues
quality mindset SOP compliance and excursion prevention
team capability and build strong technical bench strength
Leadership Competency:
& Accountability Takes full ownership of module performance and drives results under high-pressure timelines
Leadership Acts as SME to guide team on complex process challenges and decision making
Development Coaches engineers builds talent pipeline and fosters a high-performance team culture
-functional Influence Aligns stakeholders across modules and drives decisions for program success
Excellence Translates strategy into clear actions delivers with discipline and urgency
Requirements:
1.10 years CMP experience with demonstrated leadership
background in process control yield improvement and NPI
track record in driving cross-functional programs
