Get to Know the Role

We are seeking an experienced and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our innovative this pivotal role you will lead the development of cutting-edge financial solutions driving and fostering a collaborative environment. The role will be directly report to the Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Architect high-quality scalable Android applications
• Lead a team of developers providing technical guidance and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Establish best practices for development and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Contribute to technical decision-making and long-term strategy for mobile development

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of backend development experience
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in backend development with Go (Golang)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) compute technologies (e.g. Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver projects end-to-end across teams
• Ability to balance hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilitiesmentoring others while still writing code and driving execution plans
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across teams
• Thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with payments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Fluent with AI tools like Cursor
