Job Overview:
The Executive Sustainability supports the day-to-day coordination and administration of Bureau Veritas sustainability services portfolio including environmental and greenhouse gas (GHG)-related projects. The role works closely with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to support project scheduling documentation operational follow-up and internal process administration to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and administration of sustainability projects including validation verification assurance certification and advisory activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams on project scheduling resource planning and follow-up actions to support timely delivery of services.
- Prepare maintain and update project records trackers files templates and other operational documentation required for project execution and internal reporting.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding actions deliverables approvals and documentation with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Finance and other internal functions on invoicing project-related administrative matters and operational paperwork where required.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of internal systems processes and administrative workflows in line with department requirements and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor to support BV RISEs objectives.
Job Requirements:
- 13 years of relevant experience in operations coordination project administration business support or a related role is an advantage.
- Tertiary diploma in Business Sustainability Environmental Science Engineering or related field.
- Fresh polytechnic graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
- Good understanding of sustainability frameworks reporting standards (GRI SASB TCFD) and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with carbon accounting GHG emissions and climate-related services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
- Exposure to Southeast Asian markets or emerging markets business development.
