The impact youll make

This internship will be part of the SEA HRBP team. The intern will receive a variety of work assignment from the e.g. partner with HRSS TA in managing all ongoing operational tasks and assignments. Hands on delivering of assigned tasks within HRBP functional jobs employee related support and inquiries.

What youll do

• Support the HRBP team in the day-to-day employee lifecycle activities (onboarding transfers internal mobility offboarding) by coordinatingwith HRSS TA employees and line managers.
• Executing of employee engagement initiatives and events management
• Administration of employee benefits related tasks and routine
• Support for key HR processes including performance management probation/confirmation engagement learning admin) and other initiatives/projects
• Handle employee inquiries professionally and escalate complex cases appropriately; maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
• Complete other assigned duties/projects under the supervision of the HRBP

• Good standing as a undergraduate business student from a reputable university
• Some experience working with data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Proven ability to translate ideas into action
• Meticulous and is a teamplayer

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex youll work 3 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex youll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location and remotely the rest of the time.
