We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a AVP MI and Analytics.
In this role you will:
- Maintain the Collections Management Information System and analyse collections and recovery performance.
- Produce MIS reporting: extract prepare and present portfolio and operational insights.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of IWPB consumer lending data; review data standards/definitions for Credit Bureau Singapore submissions.
- Manage and investigate Credit Bureau Singapore alerts as part of portfolio risk management.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes arising from collections activity or credit bureau reporting.
- Embed the operational risk management framework including Risk & Control Assessments to identify key risks and controls within Collections.
- Support and deliver Collections projects (Group/Region/local) partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Build and enhance dashboards to track Collections productivity efficiency and quality at individual and department level.
To be successful you will need:
- Degree holder or relevant working experience; statistical/programming background (e.g. SAS SQL or similar).
- Experience in retail credit/collections and/or risk & control within banking preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills; able to work with models data and statistics.
- Hands-on experience in data mining and analysing large datasets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a matrix/large-team environment.
