Get to Know the Role

You will lead a dedicated team responsible for building and maintaining trust with our partner ecosystem. You will drive strategic initiatives that strengthen partner relationships enhance satisfaction and ensure long-term collaboration success.

This is a one year contract role reporting to the Manager Partner Trust at our Grab One North Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead mentor and motivate a team focused on partner trust initiatives and relationship management
• Develop and execute comprehensive partner trust strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze partner satisfaction metrics trust indicators and engagement levels to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including operations compliance and business development to ensure seamless partner experiences
• Identify assess and mitigate partner-related risks and concerns proactively
• Prepare and present regular reports on partner trust KPIs initiatives and outcomes to senior leadership
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance partner trust and operational efficiency
• Support partner onboarding and training programs to ensure successful engagement

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Proven experience leading and managing teams in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated expertise in partner relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of trust-building principles and relationship development strategies
• Experience analyzing and improving partner satisfaction and trust metrics
• Proficiency in identifying and mitigating relationship risks
• Experience in partner operations business development or similar relationship-focused roles
