Your Impact
Deliverect is experiencing tremendous growth in the Middle East and were seeking a passionate Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Youll be pivotal in building longterm strategic relationships with our enterpriselevel customers driving new business opportunities and ensuring their continued success with Deliverect.
A Typical Day
- Develop an indepth understanding of your assigned customers unique business needs and challenges within the Saudi Arabian hospitality landscape.
- Leverage your industry knowledge and Deliverect expertise to identify areas where our platform can optimise their operations and unlock new growth potential.
- Act as a trusted advisor proactively proposing solutions driving adoption of Deliverect features and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise customer lifetime value through upselling and crossselling new Deliverect locations brands and innovative products.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Utilize datadriven insights (HubSpot & Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like Net MRR and new location signups and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with your customers acting as their primary point of contact within Deliverect.
- Conduct regular checkins actively listen to their feedback and work crossfunctionally to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams (Product Customer Support) to advocate for customer needs and ensure Deliverect continues to deliver the best possible service and solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and training sessions using Google Suite tools to empower customers at all levels to use Deliverect effectively.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling case studies showcasing the success of leading Saudi Arabian restaurant chains using Deliverect.
- Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities to tailor Deliverects features to address specific challenges restaurants face in the Saudi Arabian market (e.g. hyperlocal delivery models and integration with regional POS systems).
- Collaborate with the sales and partnership teams to explore new partnerships with key players in the Saudi Arabian food service ecosystem (e.g. aggregators and delivery providers) to expand Deliverects reach and customer base.
Your Expertise
- 3 years in Enterprise Account Management or a similar B2B sales role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the restaurant industry business operations and the challenges faced by regional players.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilise tools like HubSpot and Looker to inform decisionmaking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills fluency in English (C) and Arabic.
- Customercentric mindset with a demonstrated ability to build strong lasting relationships.
- Passionate about technology and excited to advocate for Deliverects solutions.
- Highly organised selfmotivated and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- While prior experience with Deliverect is a plus a strong understanding of our product through training will be provided.
- Familiarity with the core functionalities of our integration platform and its value proposition to restaurant businesses is essential.
- Proficient in CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk for customer support.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Planhat (or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite tools for communication and documentation.
Additional Information
- This is a fulltime hybrid role with a flexible work schedule. Fluency in English and Arabic is required with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. Fluency in a second European language (e.g. French Spanish German) is a strong asset.
