Your future role

Youll support process development initiatives and projects in your assigned area support the Team Leadto increase the performance of the Global Data Shared Services team in alignment with the SLA requirementsand youll need to ensure an effective communication towards all Business Partners and Stakeholders.

Well look to you for:

• Drive end-to-end data analysis automation and reporting initiatives to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Manage Complex queries / issues and fix during query management.
• Meet KPIs and SLA adherence; track and report daily action status.
• Coordinate with global teams on data creation and updates for all regions.
• Identify design and implement automation solutions using tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere
• Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate to eliminate manual repetitive processes.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Microsoft Power BI Tableau
• Qlik Sense and Microsoft Excel to track KPIs SLAs and data quality metrics.
• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL and analytical tools to derive actionable insights conduct trend analysis and support business strategy.
• Apply data science techniques including exploratory data analysis statistical modelling forecasting and machine learning using Python/R.
• Implement data validation anomaly detection and data cleansing frameworks to ensure high data quality and governance standards.
• Ensure consistency accuracy and integrity of Master Data aligned with business rules and compliance requirements.
• Integrate automation analytics and reporting solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytical and automation solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations through data storytelling dashboards and performance reporting.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and automation solutions including requirement gathering development testing deployment and continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation governance standards and audit readiness for all data processes and solutions.
• Train and support users while driving continuous improvement initiatives through innovation in automation and advanced analytics.
