What Youll Do (Training Provided)

Support German-speaking customers via phone & email
Handle motor insurance requests: new policies changes cancellations
Process claims & cases escalate when needed
Keep records accurate (contracts documents SEPA address updates)
Offer tailored insurance solutions and recommend add-ons when relevant

What Were Looking For

German fluency (C1)
Customer-focused communication strong attention to detail
Comfortable using PC/CRM/MS Office
Typing speed 25 WPM accuracy 85%
High school diploma or higher
