Job Title: Tech Customer Service Representative (Italian English)
Location: Remote Based in Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: 02 June 2026
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
- Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
- 2 days off per week: Sunday 1 rotational day
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 1024 x 14 months
- Welcome Bonus: 225 x 12 months (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year)
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
- Health insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months of contract)
About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Italian and English to support customers and resolve technical issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

- Detailoriented You track issues carefully and follow up until they are resolved

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory
- Good technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Relocation from outside of Portugal: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months) (details discussed during interview)
