STRATEGIC MANDATE: CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will function as the technical authority ensuring that every maintenance intervention is fiscally optimized and mechanically sound.

• Technical Validation: Analyze and authorize repair estimates and maintenance requests from automotive workshops across the Spanish market.
• Expert Consulting: Provide high-level advisory to clients and partners regarding complex vehicle mechanics and maintenance protocols.
• Incident Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical claims ensuring clinical cost-effectiveness and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Linguistic Mediation: Utilize your bilingual mastery to bridge technical gaps between international stakeholders in Spanish and Portuguese.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: MECHANICAL RIGOR & LINGUISTIC AGILITY

• Automotive Expertise (Mandatory): Solid hands-on experience as an Automotive Mechanic. You must possess an intimate understanding of vehicle components labor times and workshop operations.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Spanish: C1 or Native-level mastery (Essential).
  • Portuguese: B2 to C1 level (Required for internal synchronization).
• Educational Foundation: Minimum of 12th-grade completion or a specialized technical certification in automotive engineering.
• Cognitive Agility: The ability to deconstruct technical diagrams and financial estimates with meticulous attention to detail.
