Process Engineer (fmdiv.)

As an Industrialization Engineer you will be responsible for the development and implementation of industrialization processes ensuring efficiency quality and cost optimization across production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the development and implementation of process and product industrialization
• Define assembly concepts product process flows and production line layouts ensuring floor space optimization
• Develop and specify assembly equipment and engineering requirements for suppliers
• Plan build and implement new production lines within multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and improve process performance indicators (OEE FPY FOR IDC) ensuring continuous improvement and cost efficiency

Qualifications :

Education

• Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field

Experience

• Experience in industrialization production or manufacturing environments (preferably automotive)

Know-how

• Knowledge of 2D and 3D design tools (Inventor SolidWorks AutoCAD)
• Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• Familiarity with industrial processes equipment specification and production line setup
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools (nice to have)

Languages

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
