Process Engineer (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
As an Industrialization Engineer you will be responsible for the development and implementation of industrialization processes ensuring efficiency quality and cost optimization across production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the development and implementation of process and product industrialization
- Define assembly concepts product process flows and production line layouts ensuring floor space optimization
- Develop and specify assembly equipment and engineering requirements for suppliers
- Plan build and implement new production lines within multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and improve process performance indicators (OEE FPY FOR IDC) ensuring continuous improvement and cost efficiency
Qualifications :
Education
- Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
Experience
- Experience in industrialization production or manufacturing environments (preferably automotive)
Know-how
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D design tools (Inventor SolidWorks AutoCAD)
- Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Familiarity with industrial processes equipment specification and production line setup
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools (nice to have)
Languages
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
