Developer Experience Platform Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to help design develop and evolve a modern software development platform that supports engineering teams with robust CI/CD capabilities workflow orchestration and infrastructure automation. The role also includes promoting software engineering best practices and enabling development teams with modern AI-powered coding tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design implement and manage a modern development platform supporting code management workflow orchestration and CI/CD pipelines;
• Promote software craftsmanship best practices across the development lifecycle including testing documentation maintainability and specification standards;
• Work closely with software developers infrastructure teams cybersecurity specialists and risk management stakeholders to ensure the platform remains secure scalable and aligned with business needs;
• Enable engineering teams with advanced AI-powered coding assistants and modern development tooling to improve productivity and innovation;
• Contribute to infrastructure engineering activities including platform development optimization and maintenance;
• Develop and maintain automation and infrastructure components using technologies such as Go Python Terraform and GitHub Actions/Workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in engineering-focused IT roles such as Software Engineer DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer;
• Solid understanding of software craftsmanship principles programming methodologies and DevOps practices;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure including Infrastructure as Code implementations;
• Knowledge of architecture concepts including integration security networking identity and access management;
• Interest and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development conversational coding and related AI technologies;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset;
• Curious proactive profile with a strong willingness to continuously learn and evolve technically.
