Responsible for the development & maintenance of business applications. Roles cover the physical delivery maintenance and ongoing support providing systems programming analysis installation apps integration deployment customization testing services and technical support.

Will provide problem diagnosis & resolution. May manage databases monitor the relationships between systems applications and users looking for higher levels of efficiency and streamlining.

May have responsibility for app administration managing client issues technology procurement & maintaining app integrity. Develop deploy functional analyse and manage clinical ERP over the healthcare client organization.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-school qualification is desirable.

• Healthcare organization and clinical process knowledge is a must.

• Understanding the client requirements and issues over the clinical organization.

• Completes development of units and designs prepared.

• Development of activities under close supervision.

• Basic knowledge of the following technical environments: OS database and servers related to app development.

• Basic understanding of testing tools and unit test scripting.

• General healthcare IT knowledge & skills.

• Foundation knowledge of business systems and clinical process flow.

• Basic knowledge of languages and related tools and databases.

• Development of activities under supervision.

• English writing and speaking are mandatory and Spanish understating is a must

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Coding and executing unit testing qualification and documentation.

• Applications support and corrective maintenance.

• SQL scripting knowledge and Java programming language is mandatory.

• Completes development of more complex units with designs prepared by senior developers and analysts.

• May perform applications evolutive maintenance tasks.

• Applies knowledge of technical environments (OS database servers) on the app development and integration protocols (HL7 & FHIR).

• Good understanding of testing tools and unit test scripting.

• Development knowledge in such platforms: java javascript angular HTML Python SQL
