Plainview Healthcare Partners is committed to serving our residents, family members, staff, and larger communities. We strive to create a homelike atmosphere, where the needs of our residents are of upmost importance. We are proud of the dynamic services we offer, where we evaluate the individual needs of each resident and provide services accordingly. Plainview Healthcare Partners is a proprietary corporation with an expansive list of resources at its disposal. Along with key management staff and operations, we provide the best quality of care while simultaneously restructuring the facility’s management and infrastructure to promote best practices and efficient operations. We currently own and operate skilled nursing facilities in multiple states and specialize in transitioning nonprofit facilities to propriety entities. As a corporation, we believe in strengthening the community by placing ourselves in a position to help in every possible way. We feel that we can build a symbiotic relationship and create a direct support system for community projects and collaboration with other health care entities. We take great pride in our mission and goals to continue to accomplish more with each additional facility we acquire.
