Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with 23 years of experience in e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities managing client relationships achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the e-commerce sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present and promote company products and services to potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals quotations and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 23 years of proven sales experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms online marketplaces and digital sales processes.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with online retailers marketplaces or e-commerce solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
