Role Summary We are hiring a Sales Executive to handle inbound leads for our flagship UK client Axis Solicitors a UK law firm specializing in immigration and family law. Leads are generated through our marketing systems and delivered into the CRM your job is to call them qualify them and convert them into booked consultations with Axis Solicitors legal team. This role is open to female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and qualify inbound leads promptly (speed-to-lead matters)
  
• Convert qualified leads into booked consultations with Axis Solicitors legal team
  
• Run structured follow-up sequences via calls WhatsApp and email
  
• Keep the CRM (GoHighLevel) fully updated notes pipeline stages and outcomes for every lead
  
• Handle conversations with empathy and professionalism many callers are dealing with sensitive immigration or family matters
  
• Meet weekly and monthly booking/conversion targets
  
• Report performance to the Sales team lead
  

• Female candidates only
  
• Fluent confident spoken English you will be speaking with UK-based callers daily
  
• 13 years of experience in sales telesales or a client-facing role (call center / international campaign experience is a plus)
  
• Comfortable working a UK-aligned shift
  
• Strong phone manner: clear warm and persuasive without being pushy
  
• Familiarity with any CRM; GoHighLevel experience is a plus
  
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
