About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead who is interested in transitioning into a Technical Project Management role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on software development experience proven technical leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives and project requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Lead technical discussions solution design and architecture decisions.
• Guide and support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Assist the team in requirement analysis design development and implementation activities.
• Coordinate project activities dependencies and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Support Agile practices including sprint planning backlog refinement daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Act as a bridge between business product data science and engineering teams.
• Track project progress milestones risks and blockers and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and groom team members by enhancing their technical capabilities communication skills and overall professional growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• 710 years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Currently working as a Technical Lead (or recent experience as a Technical Lead).
• Strong technical leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
• Interest in transitioning into a Technical Project Management career path.
• Experience or MySQL will be an advantage.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions will be an advantage.
