Job Summary
Senior Manager National Security
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security programs to protect Company employees assets facilities information and customer shipments.
- Lead security risk assessments and ensure appropriate preventive and corrective measures are implemented.
- Monitor and strengthen security controls across all operational locations to reduce security vulnerabilities.
- Manage security incidents investigations and loss prevention activities to protect the business from security threats.
- Conduct security audits inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to Organizational security standards.
- Ensure effective implementation of physical security measures access controls surveillance systems and security procedures.
- Oversee the performance of contracted security service providers to ensure compliance with established security requirements.
- Identify investigate and analyze security breaches thefts losses and other security-related incidents.
- Develop and maintain security awareness programs to promote a strong security culture throughout the organization.
- Monitor security trends and emerging threats and recommend measures to mitigate business risks.
- Support crisis management and emergency response activities during security incidents and business disruptions.
- Ensure all security incidents are accurately reported tracked investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Analyze security data and trends to identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide security guidance and expertise to operational teams to support safe and secure business operations.
- Drive compliance with organization security policies standards and global security requirements.
- Promote a proactive security environment through employee engagement awareness and accountability.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving security performance resiliency and loss prevention across the organization.
- Safeguard Organizations people assets facilities information and shipments through effective security management and oversight.
- Oversee the operational and administrative management of external security personnel and service providers.
Requirements & Qualification:
- Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Must be Ex-Army personals
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Security Management preferably within the logistics transportation aviation or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate security risk management investigations and loss prevention practices.
- Proven ability to manage security incidents assessments and mitigation programs in a complex operational environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
