Structured Finance Analyst
Job Summary
- Conduct financial analysis and cash flow modeling
- Evaluate credit risks and transaction viability.
- Support the design and execution of financing structures.
- Prepare investment memoranda and transaction reports.
- Perform industry and market research.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders during transaction execution.
- Support due diligence and documentation processes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics banking or a related discipline.
- ACA ACCA CFA or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in structured finance corporate finance investment banking credit analysis treasury or related functions within the financial services sector
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Knowledge of lending products and financial markets.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Required Skills:
