We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and lifecycle enhancing offerings and driving future projects.
Responsibilities
Lead product discovery including customer journeys assessing user needs and developing roadmaps to meet business demands.
Collaborate with UI/UX and industrial designers to create wireframes prototypes and product designs.
Manage all aspects of an agile team including user stories backlog grooming prioritization and cross-functional coordination.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Assist in developing product strategy by understanding product differentiation and identifying market opportunities and threats.
Work closely with development and technical teams to deliver products with fast time-to-market targets.
Collaborate with the software engineering team on new ideas from conceptualization to production.
Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners.
Requirements
Must-have:
Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relevant field.
Overall 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a Product Management role.
Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems and use data and high-quality user research to inform product direction.
Good understanding of technology including APIs microservices and cloud (preferably Google Cloud).
Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice-to-have:
Experience working with airline technology systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Prior experience in the Travel or E-Commerce domain is a strong plus.
