We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to support our sales efforts focusing on Staff Augmentation and Resource placement.
Responsibilities
Support company sales efforts focusing on Staff Augmentation and Resource placement.
Achieve sales targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
Create sales leads and initiate prospect calls.
Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling prospects generated by internal or external sources.
Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects.
Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and develop the business through up-selling and cross-selling.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within the existing client base.
Carry out any duties assigned by the company or management.
Requirements
Must-have:
At least 2 years of working experience in Staff/Talent Augmentation services.
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service and communication with all levels of people.
Possess hunter sales attributes to drive and close sales.
Good written and spoken English skills.
