Retention Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Retention Project Manager. In this role, you will support in all retention initiatives , ensuring they are delivered on time and meet objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and track progress.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist with retention projects in developing plan and execution

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are completed on time and within budget.

•Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and assisting in implementing mitigation strategies.

•Analyze project data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

•Assist in communicating project status and key updates to stakeholders.

•Prepare project status reports and updates for stakeholders.

•Support in driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and outcomes.
