Marketing Administrator - Majid Al Futtaim Properties - Egypt

  • Coordinate and assist actively the Marketing team in the preparation of the Yearly Business Plan, annual Budget including marketing expense and capital works for the assigned operating assets.
  • Assist Marketing team with partial analysis work related to competitive activities, post activity assessment, presentation development, monthly reports, etc.
  • Collate and compile periodic reports such as monthly variance reports and quarterly forecasts / budget reports and assigned operating assets footfall analysis and sales report for the review of the marketing director and rest of the Marketing Team
  • Prepare and issue Marketing LPOs, checking and updating suppliers Invoice, LPOs tracking / reconciliation etc. on the Oracle system. Ensure that sufficient numbers of quotes are supplied for the issuance of LPOs.
  • Co-ordinate with Marketing Team with respect to all third-party suppliers and Retailers on day-to-day Marketing activities, including administration of all correspondence via fax, letter, e-mail or verbal and maintain all the files
  • Support in organizing the yearly merchant meeting for all retailers including co-ordination of site selection, invitation distribution and administration of event, also responsible for organizing regular tenant advisory board meetings
  • Assist Marketing Team in preparation of Sales Promotion report and distribute all marketing memos detailing promotions and festivals. Monitor all promotional feedback forms from Retailers including preparing and maintaining reports on retailer
  • Update static and ensure printing of assigned mall directories and co-ordinate with advertising agency for revisions and final printing

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in any adminitrative role
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Creative, flexible with good reporting and analytical skills
