- Collaborate with other Portfolio Heads, Marketing, Group Enterprise, Group Technology and OpCo's to build market leading capabilities based on opportunity and demand
- Obtain commitments from relevant stakeholders regarding delivery and testing
- Support Industry analyst briefings and submissions for Cyber Security value added services
- Support with developing business cases, strategic portfolio plans and forecasts to drive change and innovation
- Develop and implement product strategies for Vodafone's cyber security product portfolio, based on market research, customer feedback, industry trends and Group Product Strategy
- Drive product development and manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product development is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Work with existing and new Security Partners to develop the security offerings
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials
- Owns product pricing strategy & reference pricing, establishing suitable product differentiation, value-add & execution strategies to underpin product’s success
- Work closely with sales and customer support teams to understand customer needs and feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Working with Vodafone Senior Leadership where necessary to ensure visibility and alignment of local product roadmaps and to secure funding for new product creation or product enhancements
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, and drive product roadmap and prioritization decisions based on data and customer feedback
