• Qualifications and Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business fields,
• Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, practices, and methodologies.
• HR Diploma or APHRI/PHRI is a plus
• Familiar working with multicultural teams
• Advanced MS Office Skills including excellent ability to use Visio and Power BI tools.
• Excellent English language and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in project management applications is a plus.
• Ability to work with a number of Tech Tools
• Experience:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR including at least 3 years of experience in organizational Development.
• Experience in ERP systems as a super key user (SAP, success factors, etc.)
