Job Description

- Oversee all financial operations and direct the line of business financial planning and structure
- Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to the Top Management
- Submits the month/quarter/semi-annual & year closing to CEO with a full set of reports and analysis including financial narratives.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Advise the management on investment and loans for short and long-range financial plans.
- Submit a business plan for the whole company with a full set of reports and analysis.
- Prepare business evaluation and project appraisal (feasibility study) for new and current investment.
- Prepare accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger and utilities treasury, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed asset activity debt activity
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
