The Workflow Academy is looking to hire for a longterm developer/consultant position! All longterm positions with us begin with a 36month parttime internship.

Job Description

You ll immediately start working to set up and optimize real Zoho systems for our clients (with support from a senior member of our team)! You will .

• Customize CRMs for clients mapping it to their sales process
  

• Set up automations for tasks email notifications data collection
  

• Integrate other Zoho apps with CRM like Forms Desk (customer service) Books (accounting)
  

• Begin to create custom automations using Zoho s coding language Deluge
  

• Build custom reports and dashboards in Analytics
  

• Meet with the clients for discovery work evaluating their needs and designing a system that fills those needs
  

• This skill is particularly important to us! We really need the ability to dialogue with clients figure out what they need design and propose a solution and execute.

Hiring Process and Pay

2. If selected do an interview with us
   

3. The final 3 candidates will be selected for a paid $200 project where you can show us your stuff!
   

4. The candidate we select will begin a 36month internship
   

1. $20/hr with potential to make up to $25/hr by the end
   

2. 1020 hrs/week (flexible schedule though you will need to be available for at least an hour per day during normal working hours)
   

5. Upon completion of the internship you re highly likely to receive a fulltime offer:
   

1. $50000 $65000 base $65000 $80000 OTE
   

2. Fulltime
