As we continue to build our Marketing team, we are looking for a Web implementation and Marketing Analyst who will play a pivotal role in implementing advanced web tagging and tracking systems enhancing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in our dynamic iGaming landscape.

In this role, you will be responsible to
- Create and implement an advanced tagging and tracking ecosystem using Google Tag Manager for the new iGaming brands.
- Architect, configure, administer, and operate Google Analytics 4 tool to measure conversions and behaviour tracking in all stages of the funnels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and influencer partnerships, using data-driven insights to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization with the Marketing team to monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.
- Extract actionable insights from complex data sets and present findings to marketing and leadership teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition, retention, and player value, providing ongoing reports and analysis.
Are you the next HitMaker?
- 2 + years of experience in a similar role
- 1+ years of experience in iGaming industry
- Quantitative background such as Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Sciences, etc.
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
- Experience in site tracking and data attribution
- Understanding of database technologies such as SQL
- Strong knowledge of any actionable analytics tools
- Startup experience is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to business requirements and priority changes
- Initiative to work independently, but also able to work effectively with team members in different locations
- Basics in Performance Marketing or relevant field
