Job Summary
An Implementation Consultant for Global Payroll is responsible for guiding organisations through the process of implementing HRIS and payroll systems and ensuring that these systems meet the specific needs of the business. This role involves a combination of technical expertise project management and client interaction.
What youll do:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and goals
- Lead the implementation of HRIS and payroll modules including configuration of payroll elements and formulas Policies followed by successful User acceptance testing Parallel runs etc
- Conducting training sessions for clients on how to use the software effectively
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the implementation process
- Coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients postimplementation
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of implementation activities
- Continuously improving implementation processes and methodologies
What youll bring:
- Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist
- Sound technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic / excellent timemanagement skills.
