Responsibility

• Install new systems (bare metal and virtual machines) rebuild existing systems and configure hardware with a focus on infrastructure as code and automation.
  
• OS installation Trouble shooting and performance troubleshooting and apply patches and upgrades on a regular basis.
  
• Compile packages from source.
  
• Develop and maintain configuration management tools and Automation Python Bash Scripting.
  
• Implement Maintain and test Backups of the Voice Infrastructure.
  
• Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  
• Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in Voice Protocols: SIP RTP and IAX.
  
• Strong knowledge of multiasterisk server architecture.
  
• Sound knowledge of Asterisk Dialplan SIP/IAX Trunks and Asterisk Manager Interface.
  
• Experience setting up: Queues and IVRs on Asterisk.
  
• Expert in Asterisk installation configuration and troubleshooting.
  
• R & D skills in Asterisk.
  
• Experienced with Linux (LAMP) servers (Centos Apache MySQL PHP).
  
• Knowledge of Virtualization.
  
• Understanding of installation and configuration of MySQL.
  
• Ability to test and troubleshoot Asterisk applications/issues (Wireshark SNGREP).
  
• Experience in Freeswitch / Queuemetrics / FreePBX / SBCs beneficial.
