Job Description

- Receiving all visa requests either from direct clients or internally from the outgoing department.

- Oversee all aspects of the visa service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

- inform the client about all needed documents which should be provided, in addition to revising properly.

- Filling visa applications and booking appointments and interviews with different embassies.

- Submission of passport and visa applications to embassies/consulates.

- Ensure that all of the information provided by the clients is accurate and correct, to confirm that everything is done before the interview date.

- Provide regular follow-up on all inquiries.

- Make good relations with EMbassies.

- Pro-actively monitoring changes to VISA regulations/changes to avoid mishandling.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree

- Strong knowledge about Rules & Regulations of Middle east, far east and European visas

- +3 Years of experience in passport and visa processing.

- An ability to communicate effectively with embassies’ staff and clients.

- Attention to Details.

- Must have a good understanding of the Visa application process & documentation requirements.

- Maintain good contacts with Embassies staff.

- Good in written and spoken English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
