Title: US IT recruiter
Position type: 100% remote
Duration: Full time employment

The primary responsibility of the US IT Recruiter entails sourcing screening and presenting qualified candidates for various technical positions in US locations. Additionally the role involves networking with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand expedite the hiring process and attract toptier professionals.

The objective is to establish a robust talent pipeline within the tech industry facilitating the recruitment and retention of skilled IT professionals.

We are seeking a highly motivated dedicated and resultsoriented individual who can contribute to our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compose and publish technical job descriptions.
  • Utilize diverse sources including databases internet recruiting platforms networking events job fairs media advertisements recruiting agencies and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Evaluate job orders and employment applications to match applicants with specific job requirements.
  • Conduct online interviews with job applicants to assess their work history skills training education and acquaint them with position responsibilities compensation benefits and working conditions.
  • Analyze employment data relevant to the position and generate reports based on findings.
  • Contact applicants to communicate their application status and conduct background or reference checks on prospective employees particularly those receiving job offers.
  • Format resumes to comply with internal branding guidelines and maintain all candidate files in the applicant tracking system.
  • Format active job descriptions according to internal standards and post them on the company website.
  • Submit resumes and professional bios of shortlisted candidates along with a wellcrafted candidate profile summary to the Manager/Director for client consideration emphasizing the ideal candidate for the clients requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback and closure to candidates involved in the selection process.
  • Experience in recruiting for State accounts is a plus.
  • Job Skills & Qualifications:

    • 12 years of recruitment experience preferably in US Technology (IT) Recruitment specially in securing W2 profiles.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English adhering to US standards.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
    • Technical knowledge to effectively engage with job prospects and understand their qualifications.
    • Sound familiarity with US locations and US employment/contract terms.
      • Comfortable working in US time zones.
    • Previous work experience in sales research operations customer service or information technology is desirable.
    • Quick learning ability establishing personal credibility and building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Minimum academic qualification: Bachelors degree is preferred
