Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing all transport orders coming from customers/requestors
• Perform and communicate daily transportation plan and compliance to cut-offs and agreed timelines for Morocco and Tunisia.
• Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered
• Track the status of orders in the Oracle Transport Management System and communicate issues and solutions
• Prepare and monitor performance appraisal indicators (KPI) describing service level.
• Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs
• Support NAME Logistics Excellence Manager and control tower lead in optimization projects.
• Involve in Control Tower procedures any of new customers acquired after a main implementation flow
• Monitor the IT systems (OTM) and ensure compliance of all operational procedures
• Be responsible for full consistency of Control Tower Ways of Working
• Provide regular teleconferences with Countries, Support regular CT meetings
• Manage related Digital projects.
