Our Client is a technology design services company with a high level of expertise in semiconductor design and embedded software development including applications. Founded in 2004 the company has proven expertise in ASIC design from Spec to Silicon and software development end to end.
Job Responsibilities
Impart and coordinate training.
Identify and assess current and future training needs through customer requirement
analysis Talent Acquisition team s ability to source and market prediction in consultation
with the Sales Business head and TA
Identify 7/8 such areas where such training will be needed
Identify basic advance and crash course in each of these streams
Develop/ collate course content and identify delivery means and assessment
methods
Execute them as per the demand
Monitor and evaluate training program s effectiveness success and ROI periodically and
report on them
Resolve any specific business problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Ensure appropriate assessment post training
Automate such assessment as much as possible
Coordinate with internal and external trainers
Experience in any training will be a bonus.
Reporting
Appropriately to all the stakeholders
Requirements:
Person who loves to train others with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
5 years of imparting corporate training and coordinating training activities
Experienced in imparting training on two or more on the following areas:
Knowledge on MS Office (PPT XL Word)
Keen on learning related new technologies domain
Good to have: Knowledge of different development methodologies viz Agile Iterative V
