      2. 5 7 year of experience in trade marketing and/or sales (mix of both preferred)
      3. Prior Experience in Lubricant Industry is preferred.

      6. Excellent communication & presentation skills
      7. Management (team leadership) competencies
      8. Good interpersonal awareness & collaboration skills

Roles & Responsibilities

1. 1. TMM
      1. Business planning and Market Mapping
      2. Device Trade Marketing Activities
      3. Monitor JCP adherence and attendance tracking
      4. Ensure team adherence towards proper reporting on tool and Data accuracy
      5. Directly supervise and mentor the Promoter Team
      6. Plan regular Trainings and refreshers for the Team
      7. Taking ownership of driving various loyalty programs
      8. Ensure Program and brand hygiene within Team
      9. Build relationship and periodic program reviews
      10. Acting as a Focal point between Marketing & Sales Team
