Position Overview:

As an intern within the Retention Marketing Team at IIDE you will execute endtoend promotional campaigns write communication copy coordinate data reporting across various channels and ensure content quality.

This role requires a strategic mindset attention to detail and a passion for driving growth in the education sector.

Youll need great relationshipbuilding skills solid presentation and communication skills and the ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting endtoend email SMS & WhatsApp marketing campaigns

2. Study Customer Data from CRM

3. Creating multiple segments from existing data

4. Daily analysis of campaigns

5. Working with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in CRM efforts

Requirements

Qualifications:

• While formal education and qualifications are important we care mainly about your attitude your work ethic your desire to learn and your ability to fit into our existing team culture!
  

• Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and Gstudio.
  

• Strong analytical written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making.
  

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  

• You must be incredibly organized and processdriven with a strong eye for detail.
  

• Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
