Salary: CHF 140000

Tasks

• Supervise internal and external compliance reviews
• Keep track of and communicate updates related to regulations and compliance in relevant markets
• Evaluate risk elements focusing on import and export regulation compliance
• Set up metrics for monitoring and evaluating compliance activities
• Provide legal assistance across different departments within the organization
• Perform internal audits regarding compliance matters

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in German and English
• Completed MLaw and/or relevant compliance certification
• Min. 5 years of PQE as trade compliance officer
• Expertise in relevant laws and regulations applicable to global trade compliance
