As a Tour Sales & Operations Executive you will be the key point of contact for clients seeking tailormade tour experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client preferences designing customized itineraries coordinating with vendors and managing all aspects of tour operations. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service accuracy and satisfaction to travelers fostering repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Sales:

  • Advise clients on tour options and craft customized itineraries to meet their preferences.
  • Identify and price appropriate tour resources engaging in negotiation when necessary.

Tour Resources Booking:

  • Secure bookings for all finalized tour resources including transportation accommodations guides and activities.
  • Ensure all bookings are accurately documented and confirmed in a timely manner.

Tour Coordination:

  • Coordinate seamlessly with vendors and travelers before during and after the tour.
  • Address any issues or concerns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Exploring and Building Tour Resources:

  • Continuously explore and cultivate relationships with accommodations and service providers.
  • Develop innovative tour itineraries to offer diverse experiences to clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with travelers via email social media WhatsApp calls and webinars.
  • Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive customer retention and referrals.

Attributes:

  • Gender: Female/Male (Age 30 to 40)
  • Confident and composed demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written including proficiency in email and social media communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
