Total Rewards Manager


The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for developing implementing and managing the organizations compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that the total rewards strategy aligns with the companys business objectives attracts and retains top talent and maintains competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:


Compensation Strategy:

  • Implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organizations goals and market trends.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the organizations salary and bonus structures remain competitive.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage the design implementation and administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Performance Management:

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to link performance management processes with the overall total rewards strategy.
  • Implement and oversee performancebased incentive programs to drive employee engagement and productivity.

Job Evaluation and Grading:

  • Establish and maintain a job evaluation and grading system to ensure internal equity and consistency in compensation structures.
  • Evaluate new and existing positions to determine appropriate salary ranges.

Communication and Education:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to educate HR and employees about the organizations total rewards programs.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and management on compensation and benefitsrelated matters.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Total Rewards Manager or in a similar compensation and benefits role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles regulations and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership.
