Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 50000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A PROPERTY MANAGER

Your Responsibilities as Property Manager would be:

Communicate directly with Landlords and Tenants.
Prepare and assist tenancy applications (tenant screening).
Arrears management.
Invoice creation.
Maintenance management by processing requests liaising or make followup with tradespeople.
Book inspections.
Property Listing Management.
Preparing lease renewals.
Software data entry.
Issue Notice of Breachers and Lease Renewals.


Qualifications as Property Manager:

Minimum 2 years experience in Australian property management role.
Experience in Console software preferred or any CRM or property management software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Experience in all areas of Australian property management (Tenancy Applications Arrears Management Social Media Management Invoice Creation Maintenance Management inc.).
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
End to end process in property management.
