This is a remote position.
Position Title: Digital Marketing ManagerWork Setup: Hybrid/Work From Home
Salary: Php 80000.00 Php 120000.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 PM 7:00 AM PH Time
Note: Hybrid (at least 2 days Work onsite) or WFH (but hired candidates should be okay going in the office for team collaboration once or twice a month)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Manager:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement brand awareness and marketing campaign reach.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns including segmentation personalization and A/B testing.
Oversee the creation and distribution of email newsletters and promotional offers.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns.
Create and manage automated workflows with multiple sequences
Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Manager:
Master s degree in Marketing or a businessrelated field.
Atleast 5 of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Da Vinci and related platforms
Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
