- Managing a team of Telesales executives and achieving imitating sales with potential customers.
- Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties.
- Prepare progress reports to higher management.
- Suggest opportunities for growth.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the Real Estate field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Very Good command of the English Language.
- Excellent user of MS Office and CRM software.
- Having knowledge of relevant Real Estate Projects.
