Tele Counsellor- Domestic

• 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
• 10 am to 7 pm office hours
• Sunday Fixed off

• Graduate
• Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout with result in hand.)

• 6 months to 8 Years

• Can communicate effectively in Hindi and English
• Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/Lead generation
• Familiarity with the Lead Generation process
• Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation.
2. Effectively communicate in Hindi and English to engage with a diverse audience.
3. Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation and tele sales.
4. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in the database.
5. Provide information about products or services and answer any queries from customers.
6. Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving overall team targets.
7. Stay informed about product/service features and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.

1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
2. Previous experience in Outbound Tele calling Tele Sales or lead generation.
3. Ability to meet targets and work in a fastpaced environment.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
5. Detailoriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
