- Conducting research, collecting data, and analyzing information to produce meaningful business/technical reports and studies.
- Reviewing technical deliverables and providing enhancements in terms of data visualization, language, and overall fine-tuning of deliverables.
- Effectively convey complex information in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to present data and reports in an engaging and understandable way for clients.
- Reviewing, enriching, and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Creating various types of artifacts and documentation using Microsoft Office, such as templates, forms, and reports.
- Developing design assets to support company initiatives, such as presentations, infographics, dashboards, etc.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet clients’ needs.
- Developing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing training and support for team members on useful tools and techniques.
