Elevate Your Role: Job Summary

Be part of our client s team as an IT Support (Access Management) providing essential technical assistance and support to our valued partners.

Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift (6am3pm)
Work setup: Onsite Alabang

Ignite Your Expertise: Essential Tasks Await
  • Answering calls and assisting installation partners over the phone.
  • Providing required product information to partners upon request.
  • Keeping up to date with new developments and known faults of the product range.
  • Assisting partners remotely using Remote Desktop Connections.
  • Investigating problems and deploying technicians to attend site to rectify.
  • Assisting with technical issues on site using a suite of SALTOprovided administrative tools.
  • Working closely with an international team throughout different time zones.
  • Over the Phone Technical Support Providing customer service over the Phone.
  • Technical Support Ticket Management Managing incoming tickets and resolving them within the required time parameters.
  • Ongoing Learning and Development Completing LMSbased courses as well as attending online virtual product launches and updates.
  • Remote Support of locally based technicians Support remotely Australian and New Zealandbased technicians to attend site to rectify faults. This includes the procurement of quotations and deployment on site.
  • Any other duties as directed by the employer.

About You:

  • Strategic and creative thinker.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and problemsolve.
  • Willingness to undergo continuous selfdriven training.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Ideally exposure to Electronic Locking or Access Control markets.
  • Strong MS Word Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Previous exposure to Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience with multiple access control systems.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 45 years technical role experience preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong understanding of industryrelated standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage work to performance parameters.
  • Previous experience with ticket management and phone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
