As a Technical Support Agent youll play a vital role in addressing escalated customer inquiries complaints and issues associated with products and services for a wellknown entertainment brand. Your main responsibilities will include investigating complex cases providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.

- Communicating with customers via phone email or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
- Making informed decisions based on company policies product knowledge and customer needs.
Requirements
Skills qualifications and interests needed for success in this role:
- Nativelevel proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
- Living in or willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
- Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.
