Job Description :

• Provide technical support to customers both remotely and onsite ensuring timely resolution of issues related to our automation products.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design customized automation solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies evaluate technical specifications and provide recommendations for system improvements or modifications
• Prepare detailed technical documentation including user manuals installation guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Perform testing debugging and validation of automation systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including software developers electrical engineers and project managers to execute projects efficiently and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our solutions.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Automation Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support and design within the automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems including PLCs HMIs SCADA motion control and industrial robotics.
• Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation systems (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks)..
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers colleagues and stakeholders
• Flexibility and willingness to travel globally as required for customer visits or project deployments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Open to travel to multiple locations worldwide. Proficient in written & oral English good command of mandarin/Chinese language will be an added advantage
